Final Exams 2008-2009

                        

                         I.            Overview

 

Exams will be administered over a seven day period.  Seniors and all students involved in graduation practice (G.P. S.) will take their exams from 6/11 to 6/18.  Graduation practice will be held on 6/19.  All underclassmen will take exams from 6/16 to 6/19.   There will be a modified schedule on Tuesday, June 16 to accommodate the period one exam for all students.   There will be four early dismissal days June 16 – 19.

REMINDER:

Any student who is absent the day of an exam will be required to provide proper documentation in order to receive a make-up exam.

 

 

 

                  II.            Special exam sessions for seniors and other students involved in graduation practice

 

Thursday 6/11, Friday 6/12, and Monday 6/15

 

Seniors/ G.P.S. will be pulled out of their regularly scheduled classes to take the period 8/9, 9/10, and 11 exams from 8:00 to 10:00.   A detailed list of students will be provided as exam time approaches.

 

·               All students will report to first period at 7:45

 

·              Attendance and announcements will be done during the first ten minutes of first period. 

 

·              Students who need to take an exam will be dismissed to the cafeteria at 7:55 via P.A. announcement.
