I. Overview
Exams will be administered over a six day period. Seniors and all students involved in graduation practice (G.P. S.) will take their exams from 6/17 to 6/23. Graduation practice will be held on 6/24. All underclassmen will take exams from 6/21 to 6/24. There will be a modified schedule on Monday, June 21 to accommodate the period one exam for all students. There will be four early dismissal days June 21 – 24.
REMINDER: Any student who is absent the day of an exam will be required to provide proper documentation in order to receive a make-up exam.
Special exam sessions for seniors and other students involved in graduation practice
Thursday 6/17, Friday 6/18, Seniors/ G.P.S. will be pulled out of their regularly scheduled classes to take the period 8/9, 9/10, and 11 exams from 8:00 to 10:00. A detailed list of students will be provided as exam time approaches.
· All students will report to first period at 7:45
· Attendance and announcements will be done during the first ten minutes of first period.
· Students who need to take an exam will be dismissed to the cafeteria at 7:55 via P.A. announcement. Exams during early dismissal days Monday 6/21 will be a modified schedule to accommodate the period one exam. The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday 6/22 through Thursday 6/24 will be early dismissal days for exams. · Period one will be used for attendance purposes. · All students will report to period one before going to exams. · Please follow the schedule below:
